The integration of a project management service to our management offer was motivated by various observations:
- technical competence – delegated project management, site management, civil engineering works or separate properties – is central to the deployment of a real estate strategy,
- control of construction risk is becoming a competitive advantage in mature investment markets,
- the recruitment of profiles combining expertise, experience and adaptability is a key issue in this dynamic but highly competitive sector,
It relies on the experience of our group on 35 operations delivered in the last 10 years, totaling about 400 properties and the expertise of a technical team (structure, electricity, HVAC) of 4 people hired in-house since 2017.
We are involved in development, renovation, elevation or transformation of buildings – both residential and tertiary.
This approach responds to an environmental challenge – in new constructions as well as in work on existing buildings – at the heart of our ESG approach and the SRI strategies of our investor clients.
Finally, the close relationship with the asset and property management teams facilitates the organization and therefore the planning and quality of the work undertaken.
