Put simply, what is OIKO?

OIKO gestion is a comprehensive, agile and innovative property manager.

OIKO’s project is to rethink property management, particularly through digitalization, to provide an innovative service to owners and tenants by aligning the interests of both parties as much as possible.

Born out of a joint venture between the Primonial and eRE groups in November 2016, oiko now has 45 employees and continues to grow by welcoming new talent.

The team manages more than 4,500 properties, mainly in the Ile-de-France region, both residential and commercial, and the acquisition projects offer dynamic prospects for the employees who join them.
